The Broker started in the Property Management industry in 1999 in Las Vegas, Nevada and fast forward to January 2018, the doors were opened to Penner Property Management. Our full service spans from clients with one door up to multiple doors. We respect and understand the needs of all types of investors from seasoned investors, as well as accidental landlords who may have to relocate and temporarily have their home rented out.
