Should you have us facilitate a make ready renovation, then we charge a minimal flat fee and provide completion photos and video.

Monthly financial reporting and year end reporting – We routinely distribute monthly owner statements monthly in a format that is user friendly to review and understand. Additionally, we do a second payout of the month for late payees, so owners do not need to wait a full month if they miss the initial cut off. You can also expect to receive a 1099 each January reflecting your gross income as well as a Profit and Loss statement reflecting your net expenses.

Free Debt Services – Would you like for us to pay your mortgage, insurance or homeowners association dues. No problem, just provide us an initial invoice, and we will gladly pay the invoice for at no additional fee. This is nice to have so it is reflective on your monthly owner statement and year end reports. This also includes our service of turning utilities on during vacancies for you.

Brad Barnes I’ve lived here 4 years and when Penner took over for my landlord it was fine until this past year. When they found Out I was getting divorced they started treating me unfairly.Unable to care for my brothers dogs and they wrote me up and not my neighbor. They made me take down the trampoline I was told I could have for my autistic kid but didn’t make the neighbor take his down. They have violated Vawa act and the fair housing laws. Too add the biggest cherry instead of 90 day notice like most landlords give if they are renovating they gave me 30 days where it hasn’t given me much time. I’m a single mom with one income. I lost my kids to family bc I will be homeless 9-30-2023 bc of this company who have no morals or sympathy for their tenants especially tenants who have never missed a payment.
